These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Frontpage Australia (frontpage.com.au), operated by Frontpage Australia Pty Ltd ("Frontpage", "we", "us"). By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Frontpage. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at frontpageaus@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. Listing rules

When posting a listing on Frontpage, you agree that you will not list:

• Illegal items or services of any kind
• Weapons, firearms, or ammunition (without proper licensing)
• Counterfeit, stolen, or fraudulently obtained goods
• Adult content or services of a sexual nature
• Dangerous substances including drugs or controlled substances
• Animals in a manner that violates animal welfare laws
• Items you do not own or have no right to sell
• Misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent listings

Frontpage reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these rules without notice and to suspend or terminate the associated account.

4. Accuracy of listings

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings. All descriptions, prices, and photos must accurately represent the item or service being offered. Frontpage does not verify the accuracy of listings and is not responsible for any inaccuracies.

5. Transactions

Frontpage is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. All transactions are conducted directly between the buyer and seller. Frontpage does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the truth of listings, or the ability of sellers to sell or buyers to buy.

6. Fees and payments

Browsing and standard listings are free. Featured Listings are available for a one-time fee of $9 AUD per listing, processed securely through Stripe. All fees are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Fees are non-refundable once a listing has been published.

7. Intellectual property

By posting content on Frontpage, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform. You retain ownership of your content. You confirm that you own or have the right to use all content you post, including photos.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not use Frontpage to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform
• Circumvent or manipulate our fee structure

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Frontpage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss resulting from transactions between users, fraudulent listings, or platform downtime.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Frontpage after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
